Once students have a general understanding of the Bill of Rights and Constitutional Amendments, take them to the computer lab to play iCivic's "Do I Have a Right?" It's actually pretty fun.
Gameplay: The student plays the role of a paralegal who listens to cases and assigns them to amendment specialists (i.e. Chuck Freepress specializes 1st Amendment cases, Sally Fourth handles search and seizure cases, etc.). Check out the gameplay in the video below.
